Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 250
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) through email or SMS.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
LAMAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or the customer is unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Package
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product.
