Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Major cities: 2–4 business days. Other areas: 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Rs. 250. Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, where available.
Correct Address & Contact Details
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order. LAMAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Re-Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Package
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product.
